What kind of computer do I need to run your software?
Our system runs on Windows XP or Windows 7 Professional (32bit Edition). For the printing side of our system, you should have an HP compatible laser printer with PCL5/6 Emulation or an EPSON compatible dot matrix impact printer.

Is your application easy to setup?
Yes. You can load the software yourself or call us to do it for you.

What form of media is necessary to install your system?
The software is provided on a CD-ROM and one 3.5" diskette.

Do you have any payment plans available for the purchase of your system?
Yes. We can discuss an easy payment plan that fits your needs or an on-line leasing application is available on our Pricing page.

Is your software sold in modules?
Our system is a set of programs designed to work together effortlessly. Some functions can be made to work independently and may be purchased separately.

If I need additional functionality, will you modify your system to meet my needs?
We are always eager to hear from our customers, and we value your feedback. If enough customers request a specific modification or addition, we will consider it for future versions.
